Morphemes included in Level 1: 

• Prefixes: un, re, over, pre, mis, non, mid, fore, inter, super, trans, en/em, semi
• Suffixes: s/es, ed, er/or, ly, er, est, ion/sion, ness, ship, full, less, ist
• Roots: port, form, spect, rupt, tract, ject, script, struct, mit, miss, 

These lessons can be used during a 10–15 minute daily word study block, as a weekly whole group lesson, or as short warm-ups, small group activities, and review throughout the week.
