SLC has been highly successful with individual teachers. As more schools began using the resources, we started hearing the same requests:

  • Easier implementation within existing schedules and curricula

  • Support that could scale school-wide without adding complexity

This pilot is a time-bound, school-year implementation designed to support schools as they explore a more consistent, collaborative approach to literacy instruction.

    • clearer, consistent instructional routines

    • alignment to research-based best practices

  • Teachers, instructional coaches, or administrators who are ready to champion strong, consistent literacy instruction across classrooms

Schools selected for the SLC Schools Pilot can expect:

  • Grade-level and school-wide access to the Stellar Literacy Collective for eligible teachers in grades 3–5

  • Clear, research-aligned instructional routines that support literacy instruction without replacing your required curriculum

  • Implementation support and onboarding, designed to help teams get started and stay aligned throughout the school year

  • A time-bound pilot experience during the 2026–2027 school year, created to support thoughtful, sustainable implementation

  • Ongoing refinement of our school support model, informed by real classroom and school-wide use

  • Pilot pricing for the 2026–2027 school year, with details shared after applications are reviewed

A Note for Individual Teachers

The Stellar Literacy Collective will continue to support individual teachers just as it always has. Our work with schools is an expansion of SLC—not a replacement.

Any improvements we make to better support schools—such as clearer organization, easier access, or stronger implementation support—will also enhance the experience for individual teachers. This next step allows us to strengthen what already works, while continuing to serve teachers at every level.
