From Individual Classrooms to School-Wide Support.

Many schools first discover Stellar Teacher through individual teachers and quickly see its impact. But as more classrooms begin using the resources, a familiar challenge emerges. Without a coordinated, school-wide approach, consistency is hard to sustain.

Schools often find themselves facing:

  • Uneven literacy instruction across classrooms

  • Teachers working hard to differentiate, but without shared routines or support

  • Tools that work well in pockets, but don’t scale across grade levels

To address this gap, Stellar Teacher is introducing School Solutions, beginning with a limited number of schools participating in the Stellar Teacher Schools Pilot.

Designed to Strengthen Literacy Outcomes Without Overwhelming Teachers

The Stellar Teacher Schools Pilot is built for elementary schools serving grades 3–5 that want stronger literacy outcomes without adding another initiative or disrupting what is already working.

Specifically, the pilot supports schools that are working to:

  • Improve literacy outcomes and close gaps for struggling readers

  • Give teachers practical, classroom-ready tools for differentiation

  • Create greater consistency across classrooms while honoring teacher autonomy

  • Support collaboration across grade-level teams using shared routines and shared language

What Pilot Schools Can Expect

Schools selected for the Stellar Teacher Schools Pilot can expect a structured, supported experience designed to help teams implement literacy instruction more consistently across grades 3–5 without replacing their required curriculum.

Participating schools receive:

  • Clear, research-aligned instructional routines that complement existing literacy curricula

  • Implementation support and onboarding to help teams get started, stay aligned, and build confidence throughout the year

  • A year-long, time-bound pilot experience during the 2026–2027 school year, focused on sustainable implementation

  • Responsive support shaped by real classroom and school-wide use

  • Pilot pricing for the 2026–2027 school year, designed with school budgeting and scalability in mind

At its core, this pilot is designed to support consistency, collaboration, and clarity while respecting the structures, expectations, and professional judgment already in place at your school.

The Stellar Teacher Schools Pilot Is a Strong Fit for Schools That:

  • Serve students in grades 3–5

  • Use a required literacy curriculum and are seeking stronger implementation support

  • Want clearer, more consistent instructional routines across classrooms

  • Are looking to better align daily instruction with research-based best practices

Successful pilot schools also have at least one teacher, instructional coach, or administrator ready to champion consistent, high-quality literacy instruction and support implementation across grade-level teams.

A Note for Individual Teachers

The Stellar Literacy Collective will continue to support individual teachers just as it always has. Our work with schools is an expansion of SLC—not a replacement.

Any improvements we make to better support schools—such as clearer organization, easier access, or stronger implementation support—will also enhance the experience for individual teachers. This next step allows us to strengthen what already works, while continuing to serve teachers at every level.
